Qualifications |
Our
distributor program is designed for customers that are operating
as a retailer of high performance parts and services. It is
our intent to only sell this program to authentic business
partners and not allow end users and race teams to buy through
this program. Therefore the following guidelines will be strictly
enforced by JRM.
•Dealer
application and agreement must be completely filled out
and signed.
•A copy of the sales tax permit for resale must be attached with the application
•You must be operating a high performance parts or service business with
regular business hours servicing a market.
•All accounts will be reviewed on an annual basis and any accounts that
do not total $5000.00 in purchases will be changed back to retail pricing.

| Pricing |
| Due
to the number of product lines included in this price sheet we
reserve the right to change prices or specifications without
notification. Quantity discounts are listed , however due to
availability and other situations we reserve the right to limit
quantities purchased. All prices are F.O.B. Ankeny, IA |

| Ordering |
| Phone
in your order to our customer service department by 3:00pm Monday – Friday
and your order will be processed the same day. Orders may be
faxed to 1-515-963-3487 by using our convenient order form. |

Orders |
| Orders
that cannot be filled may be backordered when request by the
customer, otherwise they will be cancelled and the customer will
be responsible for re-ordering. Approved back orders will only
be held for 60 days. When items are not in stock your sales representative
will contact you with the details. |

| Special
Orders |
| All
special order items will require a deposit of 50%, and are non-cancelable
nor non-refundable. |

| Method
of Payment |
| All
orders are COD – Cashier Check, Certified Check, Approved
Check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
credit cards for regular shipments. All prices are subject to
change without notice. |

| Shipping |
| We
ship UPS every weekday and the appropriate Zone and Weight shipping
charges in addition to charges for Handling, COD’s, Oversized
Packages and Insurance will be added to all orders. Regular UPS
Ground Service will be used for all orders unless you specify
Next Day Air – Red Label, 2nd Day Air – Blue Label,
,3rd Day Select or Saturday Delivery. Several Freight companies
are available for LTL., you may select your preference. |

Policy |
| All
returned merchandise must be pre-approved by calling the JRM
customer service department and requesting a Return Goods Authorization
Number. Returns must be freight prepaid with the items in original
packaging and in condition to be sold as new. Returns must be
made within 30 days of original purchase date, and will be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be allowed on special
orders merchandise or items without a RGA number. |

| Disclaimers |
| The
products sold by JRM are manufactured for Racing, Off Road Use,
Specialized Street Rod Applications and the purchaser recognizes
that these parts may be exposed to many and varied conditions
due to the manner in which they are installed and used. Therefore
JRM makes no warranties either expressed or implied as to whether
the goods sold herby will protect the purchaser or ultimate user
from injury or death. The user shall determine of their own accord
the suitability of these products and assumes all risks and responsibilities
in connection with their use. JRM reserves the right to change
suppliers, colors, specifications, material and prices without
notice of all items in this price list. JRM is not responsible
for any typographical errors or misinterpretations in this catalog
or limited quantities or availabilities of products. |

| Shortages |
| Check
over your invoice thoroughly and make sure all the items that
are marked shipped on the invoice are in your package. When orders
need to be packaged in multiple boxes they may not always be
delivered the same day. Save all packaging materials and examine
the package for damage if you are short any items. If items appear
to be lost due to damage, contact the carrier immediately. When
shortages appear to be from mis shipment JRM must be contacted
within 5 days of delivery to assure prompt replacement. JRM assumes
no liability after this period. |

| Warranty
Claims |
| When
items having a manufacturers warranty are being returned for
a possible warranty credit, the manufacturer, NOT JRM, will determine
if such warranty credit or warranty repair will be approved.
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for the manufacture to examine the product. |
